Cert. #6302, issued at New York to Bennett T. Scranton for 100 shares. Signed by J.M. Seymour as president and J.A. Bales as secretary. The company operated the Vulture mine. The Vulture Mine was a gold mine and settlement in Maricopa County. The mine began in 1863 and became the most productive gold mine in Arizona history.
