Center hammer flintlock tap-action pocket-size pistol signed “Gillet,Bristol” in good to very good condition. The metal surfaces show a natural patina finish with sharp engraving and just some minor surface pitting. The engraving is high quality and remains crisp. The stocks are good to very good with checkering on the back and an inlay in the butt. The pistol measures 5 ¾” overall with 1 ¾” barrels of approximately .40 caliber false rifled with original parts other than top jaw and screw which are old replacements. Est.: $700-$1,400.
