From the Max Factor files, to the Max Factor Museum this collection of photographs last found their place at the Hollywood Entertainment Museum in Los Angeles, California. Featuring Celebrities from The Silent Film Era to Hollywood's Golden Age and beyond. Gilda Gray, Lowell Sherman, Theda Bara, Bette Davis, Claudette Colbert, Joan Crawford, Al Jolson, Barbara Stanwyk and many more.
The series of auctions are being conducted to benefit the Hollywood Media Arts Academy and other education programs serving high at risk students in Los Angeles County. The Hollywood Media Arts Academy located in the heart of Hollywood’s Media District, is a year-round high school serving up to 75 students daily in a partnership with the Los Angeles County Office of Education. Students are offered entertainment and art electives taught by industry professionals. The skills they learn improve their academics and lead to higher education and career opportunities in addition to building life skills in teamwork, leadership and critical thinking.
