<B>Cazenovia, NY</B></I> - $5 1882 Brown Back Fr. 477 <B>The Cazenovia NB</B></I> Ch. # 5675<BR> A newly discovered note which was put away by a far-sighted collector and Cazenovia resident a century ago. This individual was also the source for the lovely Cazenovia Postal Notes and Postal Money Order offered elsewhere in this sale. This piece, a $5 Brown Back bearing serial number 5, is easily the nicest note we've seen or heard of from here. It is a pen signed uncirculated note which has been folded three times for storage purposes, but which retains the look and feel of a note which came off the press this morning.
