Caucasian Kenjal dagger with nielo silver decorated scabbard and mount, plain steel blade and horn grip. The dagger measures 17-3/4" with 11-7/8" blade, approximately 1-1/2" thick. The blade shows deep bloodgrooves at the center and is in good condition with slight pitting and shows hand forging. There is a crack to the back of the grip at the front of the horn handle. The top of the throat at rear of scabbard shows a signature in the nielo. The silver is in good condition with some slight wear. 19th century. Est.: 750-$1,500

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
