<B>Catman Comics #1 (Continental Publications, 1941) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Cream to off-white pages.</B></I> This series is on many a wantlist thanks to the great covers and stories, and to put it mildly, there's not much supply to meet all of that demand! Charles Quinlan drew the cover for this first issue, which features a new costume for the character. It's also got the death of Catman -- an early gimmick was that he would die in every comic, using one of his nine lives! That's how you know this was one of his first nine appearances. Overstreet 2006 FN 6.0 value = $1,122; VF 8.0 value = $2,431.
