In exceptional cases we may approve a pick-up of merchandise after reviewing the shipping companies credentials and review of the official Estimate/Quote on Shippers Letterhead. We have No RETURN/EXCHANGE/CREDIT policies available (under certain very restrictive situations you may request permission from management. All sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns or refunds. Appraisals should be used for verification of gemstone and/or metal weight, size, and grade only, not actual value. Items should not be purchased with the expectation to re-sell for appraisal price or for profit. We Reserve the Right to Reject or Limit any bid(s). We reserve the right to enforce a decision to refuse any bid, withdraw a Lot, determine a successful bidder, to cancel a sale, re-offer and re-sell an item in dispute, is conclusive, absolute and final.
