B. Gass </B></I>in Russian <I>KOP A. KLI</B></I> with inscription around edge, the reverse with scene of full-length goddess Ceres holding staff and wreath in landscape with Cyrillic inscription <I>REWARD FOR GOOD DEEDS</B></I>-65 mm. diam.; the box American, 20th century, stamped sterling-3 5/8 x 3 x 3/4 in. <BR><BR>Award Medal issued by the Liberal Economy Society as a "Recompense for Labour"<BR>Undated, but issued in 1768, this example is a copy of the original medal by A.
