Cased United States Historical Society Single Action Commemorative Roy Rogers King of the Cowboys revolver, .45 cal., 4-3/4” barrel, blue and gold finish with stag grips, #4. This gun is in excellent condition showing little handling;the frame, backstrap, hammer and barrel assembly are blue finished with the cylinder, front sight and trigger guard strap gold finished; the frame is ornamented with an image of Roy, guitars and the 50 years of entertainment and public servicelogo; the cylinder is ornamented with stars and musical score, the barrel is marked “U.S. Historical Society” and “Roy Rogers, KING OF THE COWBOYS”. The presentation case is of hardwood and lined with a brass Commemorative plaque inset. A low serial number Commemorative revolver. Est.: $1,250-$2,500.
