Cased Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum Commemorative Ben McCulloch First Model Dragoon percussion revolver, .44 cal., 7-1/2” barrel, blue, nickel and case hardened finish, wood grips with inlaid plaque, #11-06524. This gun is inoverall excellent condition showing little handling and a slight drag line on the cylinder, the barrel is blued and ornamented with the Hall of Fame’s name, Ben McCulloch’s bust, signature and a Texas Ranger six-pointed star badge on bothsides; the cylinder and straps are nickel plated and the frame and loading lever are case hardened. The plaque on the grips states “Free as the breeze, swift as a mustang, tough as a cactus”. The interior of the case is in the French styleand is accompanied by a powder flask, bullet mold, combination nipple wrench, tin of percussion caps and a key for the case. Italian made copy of the famous Colt Dragoon. Est.: $800-$1,200.
