This parabellum pistol is a commemorative model that was part of a special series which had been manufactured in 1982 in a limited quantity of 250 units. This pistol being the 117th unit. The top of the barrel is marked "9mm PARABELLUM followed by a drooped wing eagle over "N" proofmark. The left side of the barrel extension and the receiver rail are also marked with the same proofmark with "IC" Ulm antler proof on the receiver rail as well. The left side of the receiver is also marked with "Mod. 1902 / Cartridge Counter" in raised gold lettering. The serial number followed by a star burst and the two-line Interarms address are marked on the right side of the receiver, and the matching serial number is marked on the right side of the frame above the trigger. The toggle is marked with gold "DWM" script lettering, "Made in Germany" is stamped on the back of the frame and the front strap is marked "MAUSER-WERKE OBERNDORF GMBH". The pistol grips are checkered with the numbers 1 through 7 in black lettering on a white background running along the front, cut out edge of the left panel to allow visual conformation of the number of rounds in the magazine. All blue finish with straw colored small parts, grip safety and Mauser marked nickel magazine with wooden bottom marked "Cal. 9 m/m". Complete with red leather, red velvet lined double locking case containing a cleaning rod and takedown tool. Also comes with certificate, papers and manual.
