Cased Deane Adams & Deane DA percussion revolving carbine patent #7507R in approx 50 cal with 5 shot cyl measuring 40-1/2” overall with approx 23-1/2” barrel which is numbered 127 on bottom. The top of the frame showsaddress of 50 King William St., London Bridge. The carbine remains in very good condition with considerable original brown stripping on barrel and blue on frame. At least 50% with some storage type dirt and new rust that would clean. There is a hammer shroud attached to the back of the frame by small screws which is a factory accessory made by Deane. The frame and mounts are nicely engraved, the stock is select qualityand checkered. The butt plate and trigger guard show 75-85% toning blue. The stock is very good with a couple of dings and mars and dents to the checkering. There is some fresh rust 1-1/2” back from the barrel on the left side, which has mostly cleaned but may have lightly pitted the metal. The action is crisp and the carbine is crisp overall needing a careful deep cleaning. The case shows a Deane Adams & Deane trade label in
