Typed contract is signed ''Carrie Fisher'' on its last page and countersigned by Gary Kurts as one of three signing representatives of Star Wars Productions Ltd. Dated 14 December 1977, contract on attorneys' letterhead specifies the terms of Fisher's next Star Wars film(s), reading in part, ''...This letter which will constitute a deal memo...and upon execution by the parties bind both SWPL and Raymax f/s/o/ Carrie Fisher. For the 'Star Wars' sequels, a new agreement will be entered into between SWPL and Raymax f/s/o Carrie Fisher, to play the part of 'Princess Leia Organa' in no less than one, nor more than three sequel motion pictures to 'Star Wars'...The first sequel motion picture to 'Star Wars' in which Carrie Fisher renders her services shall be referred to herein as 'Star Wars II'...''
