An original handwritten poem entitled ‘The Victory Four,’ written in red pencil by Edna Lo Harrison in 1944 on an off-white 9 x 12 heavy stock sheet, signed in ink by four famous Hollywood actresses who were known for their war-zone touring, “Many thanks, Kay Francis," "Oh Boy! Martha Raye, Thanks, Edna ," "For Edna, I enjoyed your tribute so much. Thank you-Best wishes Mitzi Mayfair," and "Edna-Thank you so very, very much for such a lovely thought -Always, Carole Landis." A clipped magazine photo of the four actresses is affixed to the upper portion of the sheet. In fine condition, with scattered edge creases and some mild toning.
