Hardcover, 6.5 x 9.5, 367 pages. Signed and inscribed on the first free end page, and dated July 11, 1945. In good condition, with uniform toning over signature and inscription, several owner’s stamps, bookplate affixed to front pastedown, partially separated hinges, loose spine, toning and wear to covers, as well as some rodent damage to edges.
