Cardiff Railway original gold leaf coat of arms transfer mounted on board, from the Eric Mountford collection. 17" square. VGC. First printed in 1891 it comprised the old Cardiff arms (left) and part of the arms of the Marquess of Bute dividing the motto "Wrth Ddwr A Than" (by water and fire). Scarce.
