In order to educate children on the hazards, several publishers produced special giveaway comics promoting safety, including Fawcett, the home of the Big Red Cheese himself, Captain Marvel. This is the first of three starring Captain Marvel and his three "Lieutenants of Safety" (Captain Caution, Speedy Ade, and a sprite named Sir Safety), named "Danger Flies a Kite", and it's considered scarce by Overstreet. Overstreet 2007 NM- 9.2 value = $1,600.
