Captain Kangaroo screen-worn crystal crown and tiara lot. Cache of four sparkling pieces include two full crowns and two tiaras: (1) Crystal nine-point full crown, made from hundreds of stones with not a single stone absent. With built-in barrette fastener. In fine condition. (2) White faux-pearl full crown adorned with crystals. Some inconspicuous loss of stones and faux pearls, else near fine. (3) Tall crystal tiara featuring hundreds of stones. With built-in combs for fastening. A single stone is missing from the top and finial trio of stones is detached but easily repaired, else fine. (4) Crystal tiara featuring a circular metal band. All 73 stones are present. Some tarnishing and warping to shape of band, else near fine. Two of the pieces feature a halo of netting affixed around the base, possibly to prevent hair tangling. A fabulous vintage costume lot.
