Collection of three bound volumes comprising of scripts from Captain Kangaroo's 1964-65 Saturday morning spin off show, ''Mister Mayor.'' Lasting one season, the show ran on CBS and featured Bob Keeshan as Mister Mayor, as well as ''The Town Clown'' in a regular sketch on the show. Three-volume set includes a 26 September 1964 to 20 March 1965 volume; the second volume runs the same dates, and the third includes episodes running 27 March to 25 September 1965. Typed production scripts include episode numbers, characters, dialogue, stage directions, props, costumes, musical cues and the like. Two volumes are bound in green cloth boards and the third is in maroon cloth boards, all with gilt lettering. Set weighs 18 pounds. Near fine.
