Captain Kangaroo cat hand puppet. Charming puppet, made by classic toymaker Steiff, was procured for the show's whimsical sketches. Interestingly costumed puppet wears a gold straw hat and red mittens or boxing gloves. A strip of pink silk has been sewn down the underside center from the neck to the end of the cuff. Plush puppet has a structured head and detailed face and whiskers, with green glass eyes and embroidered nose. Measures 8'' paw to paw and 15'' in height. Steiff metal tag identifier has been removed from the ear. Light soiling, else near fine.
