<B>Captain America Comics #76 (Atlas, 1954) Condition: VF+.</B></I> Is this the finest known copy of Cap's comeback issue? It may well be -- the top copy on CGC's census is VF- 7.5, and this copy could not be encapsulated because of an overhang. The pages are an appealing off-white to white. The first issue of this series after a four-year hiatus has a great "commie-smashing" cover by an unknown artist, plus story art by a very <I>well</B></I>-known artist, namely John Romita Sr. in his first go-round at Atlas/Marvel! The Human Torch and Toro also appear.
