Offered here is one of the nicest copies in existence, no surprise coming from the famed Mile High collection. The reds and blues tend to be faded on most copies, and they usually exhibit soiling or dull corners, even on high-grade copies. Not only does this one have super rich colors and razor sharp corners, it appears as if it were freshly printed. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: small amount of color touch, glue on cover, cover cleaned." Besides a minor bump to the upper corner, and a 1/4" tear at the bottom edge, this book appears near-perfect. Mile High Cap #1, anyone?
