Items requiring shipping will have a shipping and handling cost added to the invoice. Please allow up to 4 business days for us to ship your order.
Payment Details:
We accept Cash, Debit, MasterCard, Visa, E-Transfer.
If you select Visa or Mastercard as your Preferred Payment Method, your registered credit card will be charged after the auction closes if total amount owing is <$1,000.
*** NEW *** Only Invoices that have a total of $1,000+ will now incur a Credit Card Convenience Fee of 3%. As well, we will no longer automatically process credit cards on invoices $1,000+. Payment must be done in person or provide authorization by email
If ‘alternate’ payment method is chosen at time of registering, please ensure items are paid for by 9am Monday Morning following the auction.

If you do not pick up your items by the deadline and your invoice is still outstanding, your credit card will be charged (including Convenience Fee, if applicable) as this is a contractual agreement you, the bidder, agree to when registering in our auction.

All items sold as is where is with no warranty expressed or implied. Authenticity is up to the buyer to verify before bidding.
All purchases must be paid for on auction day unless doing an absentee bid. There is a 18 percent buyers premium added to all successful bids.

Sales tax will be collected unless a valid Provincial Sales Tax number is on file with us.
Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder.
Merchandise must be removed from auction premises within 4 business days following the sale to avoid a storage charge of 10% per lot, per day. Shipping and/or freight can be arranged at purchaser’s expense.
