All lots will be sold to the highest bidder. In the event of a dispute during the sale, the auctioneer has the right to re-open the lot and re-sell. In the case of identical (tied) bids, the earliest received bid shall take priority, and the auctioneer will have the final decision. Agents may buy on behalf of their clients and assume all responsibility to collect from their clients. Agents will be held responsible for all their successful bids to J&M.
Non-Payment
Anyone not making payment before 30 days from the date of the sale will not be able to participate in future auctions. In order to be reinstated, a 2% per month charge from the date of the sale will be added to the invoice.
Bidding Procedures
The auction will be conducted on iCollector.com. All bids will be entered online. Buy or unlimited bids or bids deemed not to be in good faith will not be accepted. Bidder errors are the responsibility of the bidders. Please check your bids before submission. Mail bids, fax bids, and e-mail bids will be accepted prior to the sale and entered into iCollector by our staff. Phone bids will also be accepted prior and during the live sale of individual lots. Lots with bids will be opened at one interval over the second highest bid. Lots with no bids may be started at the auctioneer’s discretion. Lots with reserves will be started at one interval below the reserve.

Grading and Return
J & M Coin & Jewellery Ltd. represents all lots to be genuine or misattributed may be returned. All other lots that are third-party graded by ICCS, PCGS, NGC, PMG -- these are the leading third-party graders and lots containing six or more pieces may not be returned for any reason. Other third-party grading services please do your research. Their grading standard and are not returnable. J&M-graded coins by our J&M team of graders, may be considered for return if there is more than one grade of difference by one of the major services. Otherwise may not be returned either. All grading fees are your responsibility. We endeavour to offer the same standards as the major three services.
No return after 45 days for any reason.
Shipping
All orders will be billed at our cost by Canada Post or USPS with signatures required to and additional requests such as insurance, FedEx, UPS, etc. will be billed to you at our cost. All other countries please transportation method with account number. Credit card payments we will only ship to the card-holder's billing address. USA customers purchasing over $2,500 we require Federal ID to clear customs. All customers outside Canada are responsible for all duties and taxes if applicable, payable directly to the government.
Power Failure
In the event of power failure, the sale may be delayed or postponed.
