This superb applied refired pastel blue coated Elegant Depression glass covered syrup pitcher with underplate was produced by the Cambridge, Glass Co, Line No 1917 - Catalogue No 384, circa 1930s, and is shown on page 261 in Florence: Kitchen Glassware of the Depression Years; Sixth Edition. Features an unusual handle that was part of the mold not applied, copious gold trim on all three pieces and a clear applied hand, Measures 7 inches or 8 1/4 inches tall including its lid x 3 inches across the base. Very rare to find complete with underplate and lid this Elegant Depression glass syrup pitcher is in excellent condition.
