TLS, one page, 8.5 x 11, personal letterhead, July 22, 1932. Letter to Everett Sanders, who had been his presidential secretary and was then serving as chairman of the Republican National Committee. In full: "This will introduce to you an old friend of mine, a former member of the Massachusetts Senate, Charles H. Brown. He is a very excellent speaker and is particularly effective out of doors. In case he is not able to present this to you in person I hope he will present it at the New York headquarters." In very good condition, with intersecting folds, overall creasing, and staple holes to the upper left corner. Accompanied by an unsigned booklet entitled "I Do Not Fit In With These Times," published in 1933.
