Robinson “Notary Public for the District of Columbia.” Signed at the conclusion by Coolidge and countersigned by “Attorney General Harlan Stone.” Double suede matted and framed with a portrait and a biographical plaque to an overall size of 25.5 x 29.5. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, a couple possibly repaired on the reverse, uniform toning and scattered light foxing and soiling. Oversized.
