In full: “Your letter of February ninth, regarding additional Naval appropriations, has been received. I have just sent in additional estimates for this purpose.” Double-matted with a Pach Bros. portrait and framed to an overall size of 19 x 14.5. Two blocks of faint toning to the left and right halves, a couple of extra horizontal fold lines, and a “Received” stamp from Hale’s office, otherwise fine condition.
