<B>Calvin Coolidge Document Signed As President.</B></I> Partially printed Coast Guard commission, one page, 20" x 16", Washington, D.C., December 18, 1924. One Donald F. de Otte is appointed "temporarily an Ensign". Large and prominent Coolidge signature. Countersigned by Andrew Mellon as Secretary of the Treasury. Horizontal and vertical folds, scattered foxing and browning along right margin. Very good condition.
