<p>This auction is presented by L. H. Selman Ltd. as identified with the applicable licensing information either on the title page of the catalog or on the Internet site (the "Auctioneer"). The auction is conducted under these Terms and Conditions of Auction and applicable state and local law.
<p><b>Bidders: </b>
<p>Any person participating in or who registers for the auction agrees to be bound by and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Auction. <p><b>Buyers Premium: </b>
<p>Successful bidders will be responsible for the total amount due at the auction’s close. Unsuccessful bidders will not be contacted. <b>Successful bidders must pay a fifteen percent [15%] Buyers Premium on the hammer price of each item, plus applicable tax and shipping fees. </b>
<p><b>Shipping and Tax: </b>

for multiple wins by one bidder. Items will be shipped to domestic buyers via FedEx
three day express saver unless otherwise specified by the buyer, and to overseas
buyers by express mail.

<p><b>Advance Bidding Options: </b>
<p>Advance bidders are bound by L. H. Selman Ltd. general auction terms and conditions posted for the auction for which the bids are placed. Advance bids will be done as if the bidder is present. Advance bidders will not have any claim against the L. H. Selman Ltd. for failure to submit advance bids to the auctioneer. Bids may be placed prior to the auction by Internet, telephone, fax, email, or mail.
<p>When identical fax, email or mail bids are submitted, preference is given to the first received; Internet bids are evaluated as received first. The decision of the Auctioneer to determine the winning Bidder and declaration of the winning Bidder is final. The Auctioneer is not responsible for executing mail bids, email bids, or fax bids received on or after the day the first lot is sold, nor Internet bids submitted after the published closing time; nor is the Auctioneer responsible for proper execution of bids submitted by telephone, mail, FAX, e-mail, Internet, or in person once the auction begins. To ensure the greatest accuracy, your written bids should be entered on the standard bid sheet form and be received at the Auctioneer's place of business at least two business days in advance of the auction date.
<p><b>Payment: </b>
<p>The buyer will be charged for any increased costs in shipping, including postage, handling and insurance. <b>Payment may be made by major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) directly with us via our secure server or over the phone, PayPal, check, or money order. </b>All checks and money orders must be drawn on U. S. banks or in U. S. funds. Payment is due within ten [10] days after the auction’s close. Purchases will not be shipped to the buyer until the full price has been paid.
<p><b>Return Policy: </b>
<p>Upon the close of each lot, purchase is understood to be final. The buyer must notify L. H. Selman Ltd. of any discrepancy within 48 hours of receipt. All items have been carefully selected and described, but if you feel a lot has been misrepresented, requests for return will be handled on an individual basis. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior approval. In no event will L. H. Selman Ltd. incur liability beyond the purchase price of an individual lot.
<p><b>Guarantee: </b>
<p>All lots are sold on an “as is” basis. L. H. Selman Ltd. makes every effort to describe each lot with complete accuracy and accepts responsibility for the authenticity of the items offered for auction.
