Caithness Glass 1970 "Planets" Set One, abstract design paperweights. A four-piece set, depicting Mars, Mercury, Saturn, and Venus. Each piece is signed and dated 1970. LE of 500 each, designed by Colin Terris in 1969. Mars contains a pair of small bubbles, over a base of bubbly amethyst and red protrusions. Edition #359. Mercury is composed of a large round bubble centered above a blue-speckled translucent green ground, with a spaced ring of elongated bubbles around the border. Edition #343. Saturn contains a wide blue ring, floating above a central bubble, over blue-speckled translucent amethyst ground, which curls upward around the perimeter. Edition #364. Venus has several small bubbles, spaced over a translucent amethyst twisted column, which rises from a wavy, blue-speckled, translucent amethyst ground. A spaced ring of small bubbles encircles the border. Edition #412. Diameter of each: 3" (approximate).

Shipping, handling and insurance will be billed as follows: FOR PAPERWEIGHTS ONLY: for domestic shipping, $15 for first paperweight, $5 for each additional paperweight. For international shipping, $25 for each paperweight. FOR LARGER GLASS ITEMS (vessels, etc) Shipping will be billed at cost, plus handling and insurance. We will combine shipping if possible for multiple wins by one bidder. Items will be shipped to domestic buyers via FedEx three-day air unless otherwise specified by the buyer, and to overseas buyers by airmail.

<p><b>Advance Bidding Options: </b>
