The lot features a set of rawhide and wood snowshoes with red plume adornments from the Ojibwa people of the Great Lakes Huron region. The set is dated to circa 1910 and show a classic snow show shape with rawhide pads and inlaid into the outside edge puffs or plumes of red yarn, similar to that of Germantown yarn. The set is well kept. Each measures overall 36.75-inches long by 11-inches wide.
