The cartoon shows Stephen Douglas, crippled after falling "over a big lump of Breckenridge," Buchanan handing a crutch ("stump") to Breckenridge -- to level the playing field, and Abe leaning on his rail fence watching the political shenanigans. Framed under glass with approx. 12 x 16" visible, some toning, minor damp stain at bottom; not removed from frame for examination.
