Moderate general toning; occasional stains and soiling; wear; some fading of printed text; vertical fold separations reinforced on verso with heavier stock; o/w Fair condition. Accompanied by Webb’s voter registration. DS, 1p, oblong 12mo, Hagett County, TN, Jul 13, 1869, stating “<i>he has never been guilty of any of the disqualifications specified in the Act of February 25, 1867, is duly registered as a voter of said County and entitled to exercise the privilege of the Elective Franchise</i>...” Boldly completed and signed. Light toning; general wear; normal folds with some separations with minimal paper loss. Overall Good.</span></p>

1. Auction Catalogue No. 19 is a Mail, Fax, Phone, Email and
Internet Live Bid Auction and is conducted under the laws of the State
of West Virginia by Gil Griggs, Licensee of Charleston, W. V. License
No. 002.
2. Absentee bid closing date is April 5th, 2002, 10:00 PM EST.
3. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium charged on the final hammer price
of each lot. An additional 2½% Premium will be added to any lots
purchased through ebayliveauctions.com.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any
reason.

6. In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received
will be the winner.

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within seven day
providing that it comes back in the same condition. There is a

item(s) must be returned with two letters denying it’s authenticity by
expert authenticators acceptable to both parties.
15. The placing of a bid shall constitute acceptance of the
preceding terms and conditions of sale.
