This is the most comprehensive Shuttle cover and photograph collection we have ever seen – 6 large binders filled with over 800 covers, 110 crew and mission photos, brochures, parking passes, information pieces on specific missions, and more. There are 6 covers and 2 photos with complete crew autographs + other numerous autographed items. Cover topics include, pre-ALT (engine tests, fuselage, wind tunnel tests, rollout, overland movement), ALT test flights (captive unmanned + manned, free flights, ferry, etc.), Shuttle launch, landing, tracking, payload, EVA, landing support, ferrying trips, Shuttle support flights and more.

In addition to the crew autographs, other covers are autographed by a variety of individuals including, technical advisors, principle investigators, payload specialists, ground support, station managers, etc.

Other highlights include: 2 Moffett Field Acces covers (scarce), a hand-painted cover by Bill Numeroff, numerous Challenger and Columbia memorial and commemorative covers and 108 mission decals.

The consignor worked at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab for 30+ years spanning the entire life of the Shuttle program. He was a Systems Engineer and worked closely with many crews and JPL programs.
