One Sheets (2) (27" x 41") Signed by Director Jack Hill
Very Fine+ Folded
American International, 1973

Directed by Jack Hill, a sexy Black nurse (Pam Grier) takes vigilante justice against inner-city drug dealers after her sister becomes their latest victim. These posters were both signed by director Jack Hill near the film's title.

American-International Pictures lost the chance to make "Cleopatra Jones" (1973) and made this film instead, which ended up grossing more money in spite of a smaller budget. The surprising success of this film forced American-International Pictures to fast-track Pam Grier's next picture, "Foxy Brown" (1974), which it released 11 months later. The studio then quickly followed-up with "Friday Foster" (1975) and "Sheba, Baby" (1975).

This lot will be auctioned on Friday, September 13th. The auction will begin at 9:30am PST and lots are sold sequentially via live auctioneer; tune in to the live streaming broadcast on auction day to follow the pace. Note other lots in the auction may close on September 12th.
