Number 2057 issued to James McCombs by Bertram N. Beal, Secretary, and Clarence Edsall, President on 18 September 1899 for 1,000 shares. Also signed on the front by “Sawyer” the Secretary of the International Trust Co of Colorado Springs. Excellent condition. Rare. This company incorporated in 1895. The company owned the “Lucky Corner,” which consisted of “2 1-2 acres, on the north slope of Raven [Hill] in the center of section 19; the Monte Christo,” which consisted of “2 1-2 acres, on Beacon Hill, in the N. W. 1-4 of section 30; the Hillside,” which was made up of “4 acres, in the N. E. 1-4 of section 24, and a two-thirds interest in the Sherman,” which consisted of “4 1-2 acres, on Gold[Hill], in the N. E. 1-4 of section 24.
