Number 1830 issued to James McCombs on 10 March for 1,000 shares by H. L. Shephard, Secretary, and C. L. Tutt, President. The company owned “the Royal Arch and Louisa’ consisting of “4 acres, in the N. W. 1-4 section 30, on Guyot [Hill]; the Robert H.,” which is made up of “2.5 acres, in the N. E. 1-4 section 25; Chance of ’94,” which consisted of “1 acre, in the N. W. section 30, on Beacon [Hill]; Red Jacket Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, south of Cripple Creek,” which was “31 acres, in the N. W. 1-4 section 25. All patented [Ref: Hills, Fred, The Official Manual to the Cripple Creek District, Colorado, p. 242, 1900]. The company also owned “the Flora Fountain, Josephine, April Fool, Diamond Joe, Coxey No. 2, Robert Emmet and Luella S., south of Victor,” that were all in the process of being patented in 1900 at the time Hills’ Manual was published. The company also had “patented mineral rights, under the Hayden placer and 204 lots in Cripple Creek, in all about 250 acres” [Ref: Hills, Fred, The Official Manual of the Cripple Creek District, Colorado, p. 242, 1900].
