Signed by President George E. Ludley and Secretary name illegible from cancellation holes. Brown border and print. Red embossed seal on the lower left corner. Cancellation holes over the signatures of the President and Secretary. Crease is present down the left side of the stock and a piece of paper is attached to the stock. Second stock is of the Isabella Gold Mining Company. Measures 11 ½’’x 7 ½’’. No. 23570 issued to James H. Grandell. Trustee on December 11, 1899 for 100 shares. Signed by President and Secretary but names illegible from cancellation holes. Vignette of an eagle with two different western scenes behind him. Located on the upper left corner. Orange border and black print. Embossed seal and orange safely print. Cancelled on July 27, 1900. Purple cancellation stamp on the right side and holes on the signatures and left side. Creases on the stock from being folded. There is a water mark on the bottom edge and a small tear on the bottom left edge.
