The simple handle on this cane is a boar's tusk, forming a small crook, which is pinned to the shaft with an ivory peg.The tapering rosewood shaft ends in a worn nickel ferrule. The tusk is about 3.5" wide and 2.5" high. The tuskshows shrinkage cracks that actually give it character today. The total length of the cane is just less than 34".(EST 200-300)
