A.L.S. 1p. 8vo., New York, July 29, 1903 to her cousin, in part: "<i>...I am just now starting for `Old Home Week' in Oxford. How I wish you could be there. I am in excellent health and wish I could one day see you and `May'. Please give greatest love to her...</i>". Sold with an equally valuable collection of period Red Cross memorabilia, including two membership applications, terms of membership, and four pamphlets: one bearing her address to the people of the United States, "How to Form First Aid Classes", "For the Relief of Suffering", "Lecture Course and Organization of Red Cross Ambulance Brigades", and "Clara Barton and Her Work". A fine collection, with the letter, and all are in very good to fine condition.<b>$300-500</b>
