This fine lot contains 1 / US M1861 cartridge box with a US box plate on the front. The box is marked on the inside flap "E. GAYLORD CHICOPEE MASS". All buckles present and the closing strap is complete but broken. 1 / US M1864 cartridge box with embossed "US" in oval on the front, The inside of the box is unmarked. All buckles are present and complete. The closing strap is complete and undamaged. 1 / US enlisted man's Civil War period belt and buckle. 1 / US M1874 enlisted man's Indian Wars period belt and buckle. 1 / Post civil war kepi as worn by the Sons of Veterans of the Civil War. Dark blue kepi with "S V" in wreath at the front and a "35" above. CONDITION: leather is generally dry and somewhat flaked but remains relatively solid. Kepi shows light wear.
