The books include "Der Rote Kampfflier” 1933 Berlin ed. autographed by Heinz von Richthofen and an autographed first edition of P. J. Carisella’s "Who Killed the Red Baron?” There are also six binders of photographs of German pilots and aircraft, including over 30 8”x10” prints of Baron von Richthofen and his aircraft. There are also about 24 very large negatives mostly 8”x10”) and about 120 smaller negatives 5”x7”) of German pilots and aircraft. Also included are two accordion file boxes containing numerous items pertaining to Richthofen and his mother, a copy of the Baron’s victory list, aircraft blueprints, an English translation of Baroness von Richthofen’s War Diary, scarce negatives, prints, correspondence, etc. An original 6”x9” pen and ink sketch of the Baron created by artist Jack Moses for Charles Donald is also included.
