Hello Friends:This sale, the raffle proceeds will be going to our project in Cuba where we have been supporting up to 40 families for the past 5 years. These families work in their faith communities mostly in the eastern regions of Cuba. Things have been tough there recently due not only to Covid – 19 but due to the economic hardships it has brought. There have been no resorts open since March which has been devastating to their economy. Prices have soared for basic necessities with inflation rates at 300% – 500%, many things are just not available at any price. Farmers who can’t get diesel for their tractors are now working with oxen. We are counting on you to help out by purchasing a ticket on our raffle draw for this project. We are offering a limit of 100 tickets with the bidding starting at $25+ Buyers Premium. You can bid as much as you want on each ticket. The highest bid will be the winner of the ticket that will be entered into the draw. There will be no sales tax on this session. Note all prizes have been donated so 100% of everything collected goes to the project! Raffle prize is a great Ruger Precession Model Rifle, Calibre .17 HMR. It comes with a multi purpose scope and sighting system, synthetic stocks, adjustable butt stock, picatinny rails, heat shield, 18” blued barrel and a Flambeau Express Case (donated by Accuracy Plus Peterborough) Thanks for your participation and Good Luck! Your credit card provided to us will be charged for your purchases on Aug 22nd 2020 If we are shipping your products to you a second charge for shipping will occur once your product is ready to ship. A $25.00 non processing fee will be added to any credit cards that we can't process. Please ensure that we have the correct number, and expiry. Recurrent problem payers, may be banned from future sales.
We only receive the information given when you first sign up for the auction. If you update your credit card information you will need to call us at 1-800-694-2609 to give us the new information.
International buyers may be required to pay by "WIRE Transfer"
Accepted Payment Methods:
CANADA BIDDERS: All Firearms and Ammunition sales will require a valid P.A.L. to purchase. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased for Canadians except firearms classified as antique and non-restricted. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on sale day.
U.S. and INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Have sole responsibility for their purchases. You and or your FFL may be required to file paperwork with the ATF in order to be able to import an item. Please check with your FFL and/or ATF regarding import of specific items.
Please note that we do not ship AMMUNITION to US or international buyers.
US Buyers will be charged a $50.00 administrative fee on all Firearms sales (EXCLUDING LOTS 1000 ANTIQUES). This is to cover our cost of the required Canadian paperwork to export the items to you. There may be additional fees charged by the US Government,ATF, and your FFL or broker to be able to receive your item.
Storage fees of $5.00 per item per month will be charged on all items that we have not received paperwork for within 120 days of the sale. If you are unable to complete the required paperwork within 1 year your lots will be sold at the next auction. You will be charged a commission on the resale.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES: As we are selling Firearms and Ammunition it is imperative that bidders/customers provide us their correct information. We require your full correct name as on your PAL, License #, Date of Birth, Mailing address that is associated with your PAL. Customers who fail to do so, or who need the paperwork restarted due to an error on their part will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 per lot. TERMS & CONDITIONS: The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. All merchandise is sold in an 'As Is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneers may reject a bid at their discretion without reason or explanation.
RESERVES: All items in this auction are sold unreserved. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.
