Second issue, .22 caliber, engraved seven-shot cylinder, engraved 3 3/16" octagonal barrel, engraved brass frame, mother-of-pearl grips. S/n 91398.

The backstrap is engraved "D. Fletcher." The case is an original, Smith and Wesson gutta percha case with high relief-molded revolver on the top.

Condition: Case with internal wear and damage/loss at one corner.

Gun retains no silver plating but about 75% of the bluing on the barrel (most of the loss is at the bore), and about 90% of the bluing on the cylinder. Engraving crisp and sharp, marks slightly less so.
