An outstanding carved elephant ivory figural cane with a 1.5" high x 3.25" long handle in form of the head of an IrishWolfhound with glass eyes. Barrel shaped 1.25" high x 1" diameter marked Sterling collar with nice art nouveaustyle flowers, marked Tiffany & Co. Unfortunately it appears likely that the ivory is married to this silver collar.Mounted on a snake wood shaft with 1.25" horn ferrule. Total length 35.5".Handle & shaft probably married, nice original finish.(EST 300-400)
