The L-shaped ivory handle on this rather delicate cane is carved to resemble a turkey's foot. It is made of 2 pieces ofwalrus ivory, the horizontal "foot" part being 3.25" wide and the vertical "leg" part being 3.75" high. There is nocollar connecting the handle to the hardwood shaft, and the .75" ferrule is copper (possibly an old replacement).There are a few shrinkage cracks and minor scuffing on the handle. Overall length is just less than 35".(EST 200-400)
