The carved bone handle on this cane is carved with 2 flowers, each with a rope through the stems and leaves. Thebackground is carved to resemble the pique style of decoration, with stylized leaves and lines of "pique" on thelower part of the handle. The handle is nearly 6" tall and 1" in diameter at the top. There is a .75" nickel collar wherethe handle joins the octagonal rosewood shaft. The shaft is faceted over its entire length, rounding off just at the 1"brass and steel ferrule. Overall length is 35.75".(EST 200-300)
