Front: "May 7-8 1915 San Francisco, Grand Council of California, Exact Size & Weight of Fifty Dollar Gold Piece Issued 1951, 17th Annual Session Held at the Panama-Pacific International Exposition". The part of the medal with the pin has a bear head at the top, the exposition building below with two California poppies on it. The ribbon is blue, white, and yellow with the writing stamped in gold-colored ink. The medal is octagonal in shape. All is made out of yellow metal and is 4 inches long. Obverse: Stamped on the octagonal medal is "The Greenduck Co. Chicago".
