Bound copies of "Bee" newspapers published in July, 1932. For July 1, headlines and primary stories on front page concern Franklin D. Roosevelt's attempt to win the Democratic Party's presidential nomination on July 2, several pictures accompanied a story concerning James Mattern and Bennet Griffon attempt to break Harold Gatty and Wiley Post's round-the-world flight record. Numerous advertisements can be seen throughout the daily news stories. Measures 17" x 22". Beige cover with green cloth on spine and in corners. Many of the pages have tears, and several have almost completely detached from spine. Several water spots, scrapes, and scratches noted on front and back cover.
